The training department looks after training and placement of students of the Institute.  The training department is headed by Head of  Department (Training).  Staff taking humanities subjects is attached to the training department.

 List below are the functions of the training department:

 1.        To help the students in getting suitable employment

2.         To give information on employment opportunities

3.         To guide the students for career development

4.         To organise industrial training for students

5.         To arrange field visit for students

6.         To keep training and placement records of the students

7.         To maintain god interactions with the industries.

 All the staff members have Post Graduate Qualification and are experienced in their respective fields.
